Guided by our expert chefs, you will journey through four of our signature sharing cuts including Picanha, Tomahawk, Porterhouse and Chateaubriand.
For just £120pp, you will discover how each cut is prepared, cooked and served the Cow & Sow way, before tasting them all fresh from the grill with an array of house sauces and side dishes. Naturally, it’s all paired with a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec, on us.
The events take place in both our Clifton (Bristol) and Birmingham Paradise restaurants, with sittings available at both 6pm and 7pm on Thursday, January 8th.
