Relax in style on Sundays, whatever the weather at Cow & Sow’s charming restaurants. Our famous Roast Dinners and Sunday Lunch are served from 12 PM to 8 PM and are prepared for those who are ready to indulge whilst winding down for the week. 

 

Featuring remarkable cuts of beef, and tender cuts of pork as well as a delicious vegan option, the Cow and Sowless Wellington for those who fancy something less hearty as part of their Sunday roast. 

 

The main event of our Sunday Dinner offers a selection of roast sirloin of beef which is 35 day aged, a maple glazed porchetta featuring pork belly and pork neck which are delicately seasoned, a slow roast beef brisket, the Castlemead chicken supreme, as well as The Cure offering an epitome of flavours.

At the Cow and Sow, all Sunday dinners are served with a range of mouth-watering side dishes to complete your dining experience. Our classic side dishes are prepared with a sophisticated twist such as the spiced red cabbage and the rich bone marrow & beef gravy or white wine & vegetable gravy. 

Other scrumptious side dishes include our delicious Yorkshire puddings, fluffy rosemary & garlic roast potatoes, maple glazed parsnip & carrots, as well as buttered seasonal greens and butternut squash pureé, all of which are made from local and seasonal fresh produce.

Our extensive drinks menu has been designed to complement your Sunday Lunch with us, and our signature cocktails such as the Bellini, Sow Punch and Bloody Mary sit alongside many other cocktails that are the perfect aperitif to prepare your tastebuds for the most succulent meal of your week. 

 

With your Sunday Dinner or small plates, our team are on hand to recommend the most complementing flavours from our drinks menu. Whatever you fancy, we will have something for you in our restaurants including alcohol-free cocktails and soft drinks, a range of wine selections including sparkling wines, white wines, orange wines, rosés, carefully selected reds and fine and rare bottles. A list of spirits, beers and ciders is also on offer, including our very own Cow & Sow Pilsner and Cow & Sow Pale Ale to accompany your dining experience.

Whether you have a sweet or savoury tooth, our dessert menu has something special and unforgettable for everyone. Offering fruity desserts such as the caramelised pineapple with passion fruit and saffron gel as well as a hazelnut crumb and coconut sorbet, or the Cow & Sow sunday lunch classic, the caramel tart! 

For chocolate lovers, our salty dark chocolate delice with zesty mandarin gel & tangerine crisps, burnt blood orange segments and crunchy almond granola will steal the show.

 

Meanwhile, for those who are still after something savoury, our carefully selected cheeseboard featuring Godminster Cheddar, Tunworth Soft, Oxford Blue and Driftwood Goats will be the perfect after-dinner plate.
