Groups of 11 or more guests (Monday–Saturday) are required to dine from one of our Cow & Sow Set Menus.

A minimum of 48 hours is required for set menu bookings.

Set Menu 1 is available for groups of 6 to 20 guests, whilst Set Menus 2, 3, and 4 are available for groups of 6 or more.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking.

Deposits are fully redeemable against your bill on the day.

A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all bookings.

All menus and prices are subject to change.

For Menu 1, a full pre-order is required 7 days in advance. If not received, Menu 1 will no longer be available and Menu 2 will be provided instead.

For Menus 2, 3 and 4, a dessert pre-order must be submitted 7 days in advance. If not received, a chef’s selection of desserts or a single dessert option for the entire group will be served.

All semi-private and private events are subject to a pre-paid minimum spend, plus a discretionary 10% service charge.

The minimum spend is set per space/area rather than by guest numbers.

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required. The remaining balance and service charge is due 21 days before the event date.

The minimum spend applies only to the confirmed event date. Any unspent balance cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

Any remaining balance may be used towards takeaway wine purchases (unopened bottles only) at the end of the event.

Any additional spend must be settled in full on the day.

Final food and drink requirements must be confirmed 7 days in advance.

Any dietary requirements must be submitted 7 days in advance.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit, and where applicable the full balance, is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 21 days’ notice. Our team will do their best to rebook within 6 months of the original date. Please note that the date of your booking can only be amended once.
