Terms & Conditions.

Day & Night, Lunch & Sunday Menu Reservations 

1. To secure your reservation, card authorisation must be completed. This is taken at the point of booking when reserving online. This required within 24 hours when reserving with our team over the phone, email or in venue.
2. In the event of a no-show, a charge of £10 per person will apply.  
3. To avoid any cancellation charges, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. 
4. A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all bookings. 
5. All menus and prices are subject to change. 

Set Menu Bookings 

1. Groups of 13 or more guests (Monday–Saturday) are required to dine from one of our Set Menus. 
2. A minimum of 48 hours is required for set menu bookings. 
3. Set Menus are available for 6 or more guests.
4. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking. 
5. Deposits are fully redeemable against your bill on the day. 
6. A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all bookings. 
7. All menus and prices are subject to change. 
8. We kindly ask the entire group to select the same menu and the same number of courses. 
9. Any dietary requirements must be submitted 48 hours in advance. 
10. If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. 
11. Should you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Our team will do their best to rebook your event within 6 months of the original date. Please note that the date of your booking can only be amended once. 
12. Any final amendments to the number of guests must be made no later than 48 hours before your booking.  
13. We kindly request that, where possible, the bill is settled by one guest. 

Semi-Private & Private Events 

1. All semi-private and private events are subject to a pre-paid minimum spend, plus a discretionary 10% service charge. 
2. The minimum spend is set per space/area rather than by guest numbers. 
3. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required. The remaining balance and service charge is due 21 days before the event date. 
4. The minimum spend applies only to the confirmed event date. Any unspent balance cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward. 
5. Any remaining balance may be used towards takeaway wine purchases (unopened bottles only) at the end of the event. 
6. Any additional spend must be settled in full on the day. 
7. Final food and drink requirements must be confirmed 7 days in advance. 
8. Any dietary requirements must be submitted 7 days in advance. 
9. A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all bookings. 
10. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit, and where applicable the full balance, is non-refundable. 
11. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 21 days’ notice. Our team will do their best to rebook within 6 months of the original date. Please note that the date of your booking can only be amended once. 
12. Any final amendments to the number of guests must be made no later than 7 days before your booking.  

Festive bookings

1. Our Festive menus are available between 2nd November and 31st December 2026.
2. Our standard set lunch, sharing and day & night menus will not be available during the festive period (2nd November – 31st December 2026) and will be replaced by our festive menu alternatives.
3. Groups of 13 or more guests (Monday–Saturday) are required to dine from one of our Festive sharing menus.
4. Festive sharing menus are available for 4 or more guests.
5. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking. Payment of the deposit is required within 24 hours of making your booking.
6. Deposits are fully redeemable against your bill on the day. 
7. A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all bookings. 
8. We kindly ask the entire group to select the same menu.
9. Any final amendments to the number of guests must be made no later than 7 days before your booking. 
10. Your Festive menu choice and any dietary requirements must be submitted 1 week before your booking date.
11. If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. 
12. Should you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 14 days’ notice. Our team will do their best to rebook your event within 6 months of the original date. Please note that the date of your booking can only be amended once. 
13. In the event of a no-show or a decrease in party size on the day, the full cost of the meal will be charged rather than the standard £10 cancellation fee.
14. Food additions and wine packages on the festive sharing menus must be for the whole table. Reception drinks can be added in combinations to meet your requirements
15. Due to the nature of our sharing menus, guests with specific dietary restrictions will be moved to the vegan set menu in part or whole where required. Guests with allergies or intolerances can be accommodated on a case by case basis provided information of their specific needs is submitted no later than 1 week in advance of the reservation.
16. We kindly request that, where possible, the bill is settled by one guest.

1. Eligibility & Membership

1.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18+ and resident in the UK.
1.2 Each member may hold only one active membership. Memberships are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared.
1.3 By joining, members confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.4 Cow & Sow reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where misuse, inaccuracy or breach of terms is identified.

2. Points, Rewards & Benefit Redemption
2.1 Points Earning

Members earn 1 point per £1 spent on food and drink at Cow & Sow restaurants.
Points hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases, event bookings, Butcher’s Club subscription fees, or Ashton Gate matchday hospitality.
A maximum spend of £1,000 per transaction qualifies for earning points.

2.2 Reward Redemption Rules

Unless clearly stated otherwise, only one reward, benefit, gift, discount or complimentary item may be redeemed per member per visit, every 12-hours.
Rewards cannot be combined or used alongside other discounts, offers, promotional pricing or set menus unless explicitly permitted.
Rewards must be presented and redeemed using the member’s digital wallet pass at the time of ordering.
Redemption is always subject to venue availability and staff verification.

2.3 Spin-the-Wheel Rules

A minimum £10 spend is required to activate Spin the Wheel rewards.
Prizes won are issued digitally and are sent at 9:00am the following day after the spin is completed.
Spin-the-wheel gifts are valid for 14 days from the point of issue, and the expiry date is displayed clearly in the member’s wallet.
Members are responsible for checking the “valid to” date carefully before visiting.
Only one spin reward can be claimed per visit.

2.4 Cow & Sow Prime Time

£25 off when you spend £50+ on food and drink (maximum discount £25). Valid Monday–Friday for tables arriving from 3pm only; tables must be settled and vacated before 6pm. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, reward, voucher or discount.

Members earn 1 point per £1 spent (max 1,000 points per transaction). Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. Only one reward may be redeemed per 12 hours and a valid wallet pass must be presented. Offers subject to availability and exclusions may apply, including key dates, events and selected menus. 18+ only.

Cow & Sow reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

3. Expiry, Validity & Reset of Benefits

3.1 Monthly subscription benefits (e.g., complimentary sharing steak or bottle of wine) must be redeemed within the calendar month they are issued and do not roll over.
3.2 Expired rewards cannot be reinstated or extended unless explicitly stated as a promotional exception.
3.3 Unless otherwise indicated, all unredeemed points, perks and rewards expire on 31 January each year.
3.4 Cow & Sow reserves the right to adjust expiry periods with reasonable notice.

4. Subscription Tiers & Billing

4.1 Paid tiers (Master & Connoisseur) will renew automatically each month via Direct Debit.
4.2 Members may cancel at any time by visiting the members hub https://cowandsow.comosense.net/ or by emailing [email protected] 
4.3 Upon cancellation, any unused rewards or points are forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.
4.4 Cow & Sow may amend subscription tiers, benefits or pricing as part of programme improvements, with reasonable notice given.
4.5 Membership perks apply only at Cow & Sow restaurants (Queen Square Bristol, Clifton Bristol, Paradise Birmingham) and cannot be redeemed at Ashton Gate matchday hospitality.

4.6 The Master Butcher tier (£65 per month) monthly recurring perks include your choice of 2 x Single Cut Steaks (choose from Halal Ribeye 280g, Flat Iron 280g, Sirloin 250g, Fillet 200g, Ribeye 280g, Pork Ribeye 280g, or Pork Tomahawk 280g) either redeemed on the same visit, or can be redeemed separately, OR you can enjoy  1 x sharing Picanha Steak between 450g and 900g size (served with 2 sides and 2 sauces). Also, (on a separate visit) you can enjoy a bottle of Cow & Sow Malbec, on us. You can only claim one reward per visit, and perks or benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

4.7 Master Butcher rewards operate on a “one reward per visit” basis. Members may choose either (A) two single-cut steaks or (B) one ageing Picanha sharing steak each month. The two single-cut steaks may be redeemed together on a single visit or redeemed separately across two visits. Once one of the monthly steak options has been redeemed, the alternative option becomes unavailable until the next membership cycle. The monthly bottle of Cow & Sow Malbec must be redeemed on a separate visit, as it counts as an individual reward. Spin-the-Wheel prizes also count as rewards and must be redeemed on separate visits. Rewards cannot be combined in the same visit with other rewards or offers.

4.8 The Connoisseur Butcher tier (£105 per month) includes 1 x sharing steak per month (choose from 600g Chateaubriand, 600g Picanha, 1.1kg Porterhouse, and 1.1kg Tomahawk – premium cuts made for sharing and savouring), plus a bottle of Cow 7 Sow Malbec OR a bottle of Henners Brut sparkling wine. You can only claim one reward per visit, and perks or benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

4.9 Connoisseur Butcher rewards operate on a “one reward per visit” basis. Members may choose one ageing Sharing steak each month (choose from 600g Chateaubriand, 600g Picanha, 1.1kg Porterhouse, and 1.1kg Tomahawk – premium cuts made for sharing and savouring).The monthly bottle of either Cow & Sow Malbec or Henners Sparking English wine, must be redeemed on a separate visit, as it counts as an individual reward. Spin-the-Wheel prizes also count as rewards and must be redeemed on separate visits. Rewards cannot be combined in the same visit with other rewards or offers.

5. Programme Changes, Suspension & Withdrawal

5.1 Cow & Sow may amend, suspend or terminate The Butcher’s Club, or any part of it, at any time.
5.2 Updated Terms & Conditions will be published online. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance.
5.3 Cow & Sow will endeavour to give members reasonable notice when major changes occur.

6. Misuse, Fraud & Fair Use

6.1 Cow & Sow reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, or void rewards, where misuse, manipulation, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms is detected.
6.2 Examples include:

Attempting to redeem multiple rewards in one visit where not permitted
Sharing membership accounts
Abusive behaviour towards staff
Fraudulent creation of multiple accounts

6.3 Any such decision is at the discretion of Cow & Sow management.

7. Data & Privacy

7.1 By joining, members consent to Cow & Sow collecting and processing personal data for the purposes of administering the programme, rewards, analytics and communications.
7.2 Cow & Sow manages personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and its Privacy Notice.
7.3 Members may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time.

8. Liability

8.1 Cow & Sow is not responsible for system errors, technical failures, third-party issues or downtime affecting the earning or redemption of rewards.
8.2 Benefits and rewards are always subject to availability; Cow & Sow cannot guarantee continuous availability of any specific item or reward.
8.3 Cow & Sow accepts no liability for loss of points or rewards due to technical malfunction, misuse of the digital wallet or device issues.

Eligibility

Employees of Cow & Sow, its partners, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to Enter

Entry instructions will be outlined in each individual competition.
Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not follow the rules may be disqualified.

Prizes

Prize details will be specified per competition.
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be substituted with an alternative of equal or greater value if required.
Cow & Sow reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at random or via a stated judging process.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided. If no response is received within 7 days, Cow & Sow reserves the right to select another winner.

Publicity & Data

By entering, participants agree to Cow & Sow contacting them for the purposes of administering the competition.
Winners may be asked (but are not obliged) to participate in promotional activity.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

General

Cow & Sow’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Competitions are not endorsed by or affiliated with any social media platforms used to promote them.

Eligibility & Redemption

Offers cannot be redeemed at Ashton Gate matchday hospitality.

Restrictions

Offers, discounts, and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, reward, or Butcher’s Club benefit unless explicitly stated.
No cash alternative is available.
Offers are subject to availability, and Cow & Sow reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Third-Party or Affiliate Offers
Any promotions run by third-party partners, affiliates, or booking platforms may have additional terms that apply.
Cow & Sow is not responsible for errors, expiries, or miscommunications on partner sites but will honour valid, verified promotions where possible.
Third-party codes must be presented at the time of booking or dining; they cannot be applied retrospectively.

Validity

Each offer will specify an expiry date.
Expired offers cannot be extended or reissued unless stated.
Promotions may exclude peak dates, bank holidays, December and event days, unless otherwise noted.

Changes & Cancellations

Cow & Sow reserves the right to cancel or amend promotions due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, no compensation will be offered.

Airship CRM Promotions

CRM-specific offers (sent via email/SMS) are intended solely for the recipient and may require showing the message or clicking a unique link.
Unique codes or personalised rewards cannot be shared or transferred.

1.1 Purchase & Formats

1.2 Validity

Monetary gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Once expired, gift cards cannot be extended. If your expiry date is approaching but has not yet passed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Gift cards hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as credit or debit cards.

1.3 Where They Can Be Used

Monetary gift cards can be redeemed at the following Cow & Sow restaurants:

Paradise – Birmingham
Gift cards cannot be redeemed:
At Ashton Gate matchday hospitality
On external event catering
On Deliveroo or third-party delivery platforms

1.4 How They Work

Monetary gift cards can be redeemed multiple times until the balance reaches zero.
They may be used for part-payment, with any remaining bill settled by cash or card.
Guests must present their digital or physical gift card at the time of payment.

1.5 Refunds & Loss

Monetary gift cards are non-refundable.
Lost, damaged or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

2. Experiential Gift Cards (Dining Experiences, Packages & Set Menus)

Experiential gift cards include defined dining experiences such as sharing steak packages, tasting menus, set menus, bottomless brunch, and seasonal offers.

2.1 Booking Requirements & Availability

All experiential gift cards are subject to availability.
Experiences must be pre-booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting the restaurant directly.
Guests are responsible for checking available dates, exclusions, and any blackout periods before planning their visit.

2.2 Validity & Redemption

Experiential gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
Experience packages must be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
Experience vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped for alternative menu items unless agreed by the restaurant team.

2.3 Cancellation Terms

If Cow & Sow cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, operational issues), we will offer a refund or an extension to your experience voucher.
If you cancel your booking, we will attempt to rebook your experience within the voucher validity period, but extensions are not guaranteed unless agreed in advance.

3. General Gift Card Conditions

3.1 All gift card redemptions are subject to restaurant availability and operational capacity.
3.2 Cow & Sow reserves the right to update or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time.
3.3 Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or packages unless specifically stated.
3.4 Gift cards may not be used to purchase Butcher’s Club memberships, event tickets, merchandise, or other excluded items unless listed as eligible.
