These Terms and Conditions apply to your C&S Club Card and govern the relationship between The Cow & Sow (Bristol) Limited (“we” or “us”) and you. Use of your Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The C&S Club Card enables you to earn discount purchases in all participating Cow & Sow venues.

Obtaining your C&S Club Card
Your C&S Club Card is issued by, and remains the property of, The Cow & Sow (Bristol) Limited

Using your C&S Club Card
A C&S Club Card can only be registered in the name of an individual. Only one card may be registered in the name of each individual. You can use your C&S Club Card at any participating Cow & Sow venues. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You cannot transfer your C&S Club Card or any stored cash on it to any other person.

Earning and redeeming cash
At times, a benefit may involve cashback onto your C&S Club Card. Cash can only be earned at the time of purchase and only if the C&S Club Card is presented at the time of payment. Cash can only be earned on food and drink purchases. The level of cash earned may be varied at our sole discretion at any time. You can check the cash balance on your C&S Club Card at any time at any participating venue.

The C&S Club Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card whether issued by us or by any third party. Cash can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions. Any cash obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed. Cash back is personal to the individual card holder and cannot be pooled with cash earned by another individual and redeemed together.

We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued cash back, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem cash if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your C&S Club Card, or if you supply false or misleading information.

You may only redeem cash against purchases made in participating Cow & Sow venues. You must have sufficient cash to pay in full for a purchase if you wish to redeem your card balance. You will not receive cash back on purchases paid for with your card balance.

Expiry and Cancellation
Your C&S Club Card will initially be active for 12 months from the month of invitation, not registration. However, we have the right to cancel the card & remove all accrued cash back should your C&S Club Card remain inactive for a period of 6 months. All invitees will be reviewed within 12 months of the initial invitation.

You have the right to cancel your C&S Club Card at any time by emailing hello@thecowandsow,co,uk. If you cancel your OHH Loyalty Card you will lose the right to redeem all unused cash back.

Loss, theft, damage
If you lose your C&S Club Card or if it is stolen please email us at [email protected]

To report a lost, stolen or damaged card and to request a replacement please email [email protected]

Please note that any new transactions will not be recorded when your C&S Club Card is lost, damaged or malfunctions. These transactions cannot be retrospectively added to the replacement card.

Compensation
Cash back earned on your C&S Club Card are not covered by any compensation scheme.

Data protection and privacy
When you register your C&S Club Card with us you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, date of birth and contact details. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. By registering your C&S Club Card you are confirming that you are happy for The Cow & Sow (Bristol) Limited to contact you with updates, news and other information from time to time.

Variation
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these terms & conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the C&S Club Card program on reasonable notice.
