Cow & Sow Butcher’s Club – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • The Cow & Sow Butcher’s Club is open to all customers aged 18 and over.
    • Cow & Sow employees are not eligible to participate.
  2. Earning Points
    • Only members of the Cow & Sow Business Ambassador Programme and VIP Ambassador Scheme are eligible to collect points.
    • Eligible members will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on food and drink at participating Cow & Sow locations.
    • Points cannot be earned on service charges, private events, or third-party vouchers.
    • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and remain linked to the registered member account.
  3. Redeeming Rewards
    • Rewards are unlocked once the required spend threshold is met.
    • All rewards must be claimed within 6 months of unlocking, unless otherwise stated.
    • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or reward.
    • Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar product of equal value.
  4. Spin the Wheel Prizes
    • A minimum spend of £10 per visit is required to activate the Spin the Wheel game.
    • All Spin the Wheel prizes are valid for 14 days from the date they are awarded and must be redeemed within this period.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged.
  5. General Conditions
    • Cow & Sow reserves the right to amend or withdraw any rewards, offers, or prizes at any time without prior notice.
    • Membership and rewards may be revoked at Cow & Sow’s discretion in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
    • By joining the Butcher’s Club, Business Ambassador Programme, or VIP Ambassador Scheme, members consent to receive email communications about rewards, offers, and updates.
  6. Liability
    • Cow & Sow is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures relating to the reward programme or Spin the Wheel game.
  7. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
