Promoter

• The promoter is Cow & Sow (Bristol) Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 13681117, with its registered office at C/O Bishop Fleming LLP, 10 Temple Back, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 6FL (“Cow & Sow” or “the Promoter”).
• The promotion is administered by the Promoter and is available at participating Cow & Sow restaurants in Bristol and Birmingham.

Promotion period

• The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 1 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2026.
• Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered members of The Butcher’s Club and have an active Butcher’s Club digital wallet pass.
• Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agencies and suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households, may not enter.

How to enter

• To enter, eligible members must complete the following during the promotion period:

1. Visit Cow & Sow Bristol or Cow & Sow Birmingham.
2. Make a qualifying food or drink purchase at the restaurant.
3. Ask a member of the Cow & Sow team to scan their active Butcher’s Club wallet pass.

• Each qualifying visit generates one entry into the prize draw.
• Members may receive multiple entries by making multiple qualifying visits during the promotion period, limited to one entry per member in any 12-hour period.
• There is no separate entry charge. All food and drink will be sold at the normal advertised menu price, which has not been increased to reflect the opportunity to enter the prize draw.
• Entries cannot be transferred, sold or submitted on behalf of another person.

The promotion is available at:

• Cow & Sow Clifton, Bristol
• Cow & Sow Queen Square, Bristol
• Cow & Sow Birmingham
• Participation is subject to each restaurant’s normal opening hours and any temporary closures.

The prize

• One winner will receive: One 450g Sharing Wagyu Picanha, served with the winner’s choice of two sauces and two sides, every month for 12 consecutive months.
• The total prize comprises 12 digital vouchers, each valid for one monthly Wagyu sharing experience.
• The prize has an approximate total menu value of more than £1,000, based on the advertised menu price at the time the promotion launches.
• The vouchers will be issued through the winner’s Butcher’s Club wallet pass.

Monthly voucher conditions

Each monthly voucher:

• Is valid for one 450g Sharing Wagyu Picanha, two sauces and two sides.
• May be redeemed once during the monthly validity period shown on the voucher.
• Must be redeemed at Cow & Sow Bristol or Cow & Sow Birmingham.
• Cannot be carried forward into a later month.
• Cannot be used retrospectively.
• Cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be used with another offer, discount, promotion, voucher or reward.
• Is subject to availability and the participating restaurant’s normal opening hours.
• Any additional food, drinks, upgrades, supplements and discretionary service charges must be paid for by the winner.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended. The winner should advise the restaurant that they intend to redeem their voucher when making the booking.

Prize availability and substitutions

• The prize is subject to product availability.
• Where the specified Wagyu Picanha is temporarily unavailable, the Promoter may offer a reasonable equivalent Wagyu sharing steak of equal or greater menu value.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Winner selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 3 September 2026.
• The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random computer process. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
• Entries generated through duplicate accounts, fraud, manipulation, misuse of the wallet pass or attempts to circumvent the 12-hour entry limit will be disqualified.

Winner notification

• The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number registered to their Butcher’s Club account as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw.
• The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of the initial notification.
• Where the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.

Prize delivery

• The winner’s first voucher will be added to their active Butcher’s Club wallet pass within 30 days of accepting the prize.
• The 12 vouchers will cover 12 consecutive monthly redemption periods. The precise start date and monthly validity periods will be confirmed to the winner when the prize is accepted.

Verification

• The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, UK residency, qualifying purchases or Butcher’s Club membership before awarding the prize.
• Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification and the selection of a replacement winner.

Winner information

• The Promoter will make information available that confirms a valid prize was awarded, ordinarily the winner’s surname and county.
• Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting the Promoter.
• The Promoter may still be required to provide the winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

Data protection

• Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, validate entries, select and contact the winner, and deliver the prize in accordance with Cow & Sow’s Privacy Policy.
• Entry into the prize draw does not provide separate consent for additional direct marketing. Existing Butcher’s Club communication preferences will continue to apply.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not recorded due to technical failures, network issues, wallet-pass errors or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes or cancellation

• The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
• Any changes will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already participated unless they are necessary to ensure the fair, secure or lawful administration of the promotion.

General

• The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility, valid entries, winner selection and administration of the prize draw is final.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Governing law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Entrants may bring legal proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence.
